I've heard great things about Spa Castle in College Point. We were going to go there for FSIL bach party but the MOH decided on something else. I'm not sure if they do mani/pedis though.
hand and stone does both and usually has good specials. check them out multiple locations
Not sure if suffolk is too far from you but there is a place called Spa Exotique in Selden that is really cool. I know there are also nice spas near garden city
