I'm having my bachelorette party this weekend and we are staying in the city, I was thinking of meeting up with my fiance and his friends who are having their bachelor party as well. Is that a bad idea. Most of the girls going to mine are with the guys that are going to the bachelor party except the best man who wants to keep it seperate. Is it a bad idea to meet up later in the weekend, should I just have a weekend free of my fiance?

I think you should do whatever you would like. It might be nice to have a boy free weekend, but if you think it would be fun to see him and he wants to as well - then by all means...

A friend of mine did that. We all were dating each other, and in the end, it blew up into something sooooooo stupid. The best man (coincidentally) had a huge problem that the 'girlfriends' joined the guys, because that's not a bachelor party. Mind you, the B&G wanted the parties to unite. I guess it depends on whether you want to deal with some idiots idea of a bachelor party, and be judged by it for a while, or just have your own weekends apart.
It's a toss up in my book. I would love to unite both parties, but I know that some of the guys/girls would want to just have our own time, ya know?
