Bachelorette Party....

My MOH is not from LI, and I haven't lived on LI for almost 10 years. So it's safe to say, I'm out of the loop. She is trying to plan a Bachelorette party for me, nothing too wild, just a night out with the girls. Can anyone suggest a cool place either on LI or in the city. We considered the Hampton's but we only have one night, and most of the hotels out there require a 2 night minimum last I checked, unless someone knows of a place that doesn't??
