What did you do for your bachelorette party? Or can you tell me about the best bachelorette party you’ve been? Thanks Kath

Hey Kath!!

For my BP we took a limo to a hotel in the city, spent the day at a spa, and then did dinner and drinks! Before dinner we also went to my MOH apartment where they had some BP festivities.......

Hey Dan Oh yeah I remember you telling me! Didn't you go to a place that was on Sex & the City? Bed something or other? BP is giving me grief b/c I keep saying I don't want one. I feel like they are already doing so much and spending enough $$$$. Know what I mean?

Ohh & dust is def. flying at work I can just feel it. I told Scott and he had this smirk on his face and asked if I wanted to catch any. Hes daddy-o-meter is acting up again. Perhaps I don't have the correct names but by late September I think we will have announcements! Wooo Hooo

Anyone else care to share?

Re: Bachelorette Party

We spend the day at Mohegan Sun - went to the spa, had lunch, did some gambling. It was a lot of fun.

For a friend of mine we went to Mangia e Bevi which was a lot of fun. We also went to the Culture Club, which I didn't like at all.

Went to Mangia e Bevi in NYC...I really didn't like it. I know other people do...the food is pretty cheap but there are just way too many people for my liking. We went to a few other bars on the Upper East Side and then went to the Culture Club which was really fun!

My LIW friends surprised me with dinner out on the town and then we went to a local bar they knew and we drank and laughed all night long. It was one of the best night I've had!!!

Re: Bachelorette Party

we went to Posh & stayed at the Garden City Hotel....besides our wedding it was by far the best weekend of my life!!!!! We went early in the day to hit the pool/hotubs....had nice drinks at 'Rein'(the best signature martinis EVEEERRRR)...we then went back to the room(ahem - which they upgraded to a PENTHOUSE SUITE at no additional charge because they didn't give us a smoking room and didn't have any more available)...we were planning on getting dinner at their $$$$restaurant, but we were having so much fun playing silly games & such that we stayed in & ordered chinese(SO much more fun & only 8 bucks a person!)...later on we headed down to Posh where my girls arranged VIP...i had SO much freakin' fun - my girls made up all kinds of checklists, award ribbons, silly stickers to give out etc...and the best part of everything was that it was all in one place. So if anyone didn't feel like hanging out anymore, or forgot something(or whatever!) our room was right upstairs. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!! .....plus getting a swedish massage the next morning at the spa was a great way to end the weekend!

Friday: Took a limo to Freeport and had dinner and drinks w/ people who could not make it out the following night. It was a nice low key night. The girls slept over and the next morning we went to Atlantic City for the rest of the weekend where the real fun began

Re: Bachelorette Party

I spent my BP in the city. My girls did a series of activities that represented some of my fave things in my life. I got a poem/clue as we moved to each place - so cute! First, we painted pottery at a place downtown called 'Color Me Mine' (this is something I enjoyed doing as a child). Then, we checked in to a hotel and hung out with food and drink. Then we to dinner at Otto - a great pizza/wine place because I love Italian food. Then we went to a male revue where I was totally violated and humiliated because this was something a couple of my BMs and I used to do in college and it's a standing joke. Then we went out to McFadden's where I completed a very long list of things to do in a scavenger hunt and closed down the place. Before heading back to the hotel at 6am, we hit the diner where I got my traditional after-drinking treat of cheese fries. A perfect weekend and so thoughtful of my girls!!!
