Bachelorette Party

Hi Girls-

Does anyone have any ideas for a Bachelorette Party?

I was thinking of something overnight , that would be driveable.

Any suggestions, other than Atlantic City??

HELP!

I am just looking to have a good time with my girlies. My fiance is doing a joint bachelor party with a bud and going to mexico...but that's a bit much for me...so I was looking for some ideas!

This would be end of july/august time!

a spa within a hotel and then a limo ride out to the vineyards? (now you need to make reservations for those though.. you just can't show up to the winery)

My girls can barely afford to go to dinner.

I really wanted a spa party like what Matilda had, at sandlewood day spa but it was 150 a girl, and there is no way they would pay that

I must admit im definately envious for those girls going away to fancy hotels, and doing exciting things

Virginia beach would be nice....but not sure if we'd have enough time to do anything......if we drove there ???

I like the spa idea, not sure if all the girls would be down for that. I've never been to a winery!

What about out in Montauk or the Hamptons, you can do the wineries all day and then go out to a fancy restaurant and club after?

You could rent a house in Long beach/fire island or the hamptons for the weekend...or the jersey shore. That's fun.

Here's the thing with the winery... when you go for a bachelorette party its a different type of fun... if you really want to go to appreciate the wines, then go in a smaller group or with FH.

For the bachelorette party though... you would be going at a great time (considering the season). You'll get to sit outside for lunch, have some great pictures, and you can even hit the beach at night for a bon fire maybe? (I've never been to a bon fire, I don't know how to build one.. i don't even know why i said that... but it sounds fun )

Anyway... show up with the limo.. and you pay for a tasting. Pindar for example you pay 5 bucks and get to taste 6 or 7 wines... enough to get a nice buzz going. Take the limo (or whatever you might be driving) to the next one.. another 10 bucks lets say... you get another 4 wines. If you want, there are some really nice places to sit and eat outside... Puglaise (spelling?) winery has a beautiful place to sit outside and eat, open a bottle (or bottles) of wine... and have fun.

Then go for a bon fire just because i want to say i 'know' someone who went to a bonfire. Then go home... rest up from your day and then head over to a spa... i'm sure you can find somewhere that won't break the bank.

Wow, that sounds like a great plan

My FH is not a wine person , so it def would be something to do with the girls!

hey are you another polish bride?
we're thinking about AC or mohegan sun.

Virginia Beach sounds like fun but I'd probably go to AC... or did you think about Montreal? Now that's a lot of fun!

i thought Fire Island was mostly a gay crowd. I could be wrong. Maybe only a certain part of it. I say that because majority of my girlfriends are lesbian and thats what they told me.
