Does everyone know about theirs? Do you have specific plans and have you dropped hints? I don't know about mine, but I worry about the $ issue, especially since I know there has been some drama with my shower. I personally wouldn't mind just having a girls' night, maybe even in my apartment. I could totally enjoy eating pizza, watching wedding-related movies, and doing our nails. I hinted this to my mom, so maybe she would let my sister, who is my MOH, know so that she doesn't go crazy. What does everyone think of this idea?

Re: Bachelorette Party
I know about mine. I think it is fine if you plan your own or just tell your sister listen this is what i prefer so if you don't mind pass this along. Im sorry you are having BP issues I know the feeling so am I!

Re: Bachelorette Party
I've been somewhat involved in the brainstorming. But mostly FH has been talking to the MOH about it. I don't want to have the girls spending a lot of money. Originally I wanted a spa day but some of the girls are having a rough time right now. So I didn't feel right asking them to do that. I ended up just saying about doing a day in the city, maybe do some tourist attractions. My only request is that we go out for a nice dinner - my girls know food is my true love!

Re: Bachelorette Party
I did not want a surprise Bachelorette party at all and when I told my sister that there was A LOT of drama. I A- did not want people to go crazy fighting over what 'they think I would like', just ask me. B-My shower is going to be a total surprise and I want it to be.C-I really like planning things and want to be party of the fun, and D I have a whole lot of bridemaids and I know how to keep that fun, not a problem. When my sister realized all of these things she finnaly let me in on the planning. It is something nice that we are planning together! Not just me or just my girls.

Re: Bachelorette Party
I know the date of mine, and that I have to wear a white sun dress. Do not stress over the money. I have been in 6 weddings and I've been to many many bachelorettes. Yes some are more than others, but in the end I don't care b/c I love my girls and I knew they would do the same for me. I feel the bride should not have to worry about the cost of these things. Now if you want to do a trip or something, then pay your own way. but if you aren't demanding anything, then just relax and enjoy the night!

Re: Bachelorette Party
It was so hard making everyone happy with the B-party. Money is a big issue. It turned out great but I'm with you pizza, wedding movies, and nails is a great b-party.

Thank you to everyone for your input. Thank you, Tori. I think it would be great...maybe we could just throw in a little white wine with that pizza.... By the way, I loved your husband's and groomsmen tuxes; that is similar to what we will have!
