my Bachelorette party was supposed to be tomorrow night, and Escapes in LI has cancelled the show!!!!!!!! anyone ever been to lucky changs in NYC...what is the website????

I don't think Lucky Cheng's has a website but they are located on 1st Avenue.
I took my sister there (one of the places we took her) for her bacelorette party and although expensive for drinks (shots were more like drinks!), it was a lot of fun. This was 4 years ago though!

i have - its funny.. ive been there twice...the resturant part is filled with bach. parties.. the food isnt anything to rave about.. but the drinks are awesome and the waiter/waitresses (whatever you call them) are fun...i think you can call and get a dinner special if you say its a bach. party..
there is some show downstairs - forget the name.. its funny - about 5 strippers.. small room though..
you can also try hunkamania - again - typical bach. party scene..

This happened to me whe I was planning my sister's bachelorette party last labor day weekend. I think it's because of the holiday. I had it planned at Birdy's Bachelorette Party in the City. They Cancelled 2 days before. Then I planned to go to Escapes. They Cancelled the day before. We wound up going to Billy Dean's.
I've never been to Lucky Chang's but, I hope you have a great time wherever you end up going!

If you're going to go into the city - and you wanted to do a stripper show. PLEASE check out Hunk-mania. We did that for my best friend and it's a total scream. WAY better than Escapes.

turns out my friends are being el-cheapo and want to stay on LI, so we are just going to go to dinner and then to Mirage. hope its fun....

Ok they did the same thing to me on april 1st!!!! that was my party they called my sister the day before to cancel- she was going crazy so we decided to go to the city and went to hunk-o-mania- OOOOOOOOOOO boy NOTHING like escapes!!!! lots of fun- dont be shy!!! if you stay on the island mirage is good too! either way you will have FUN FUN FUN!!!!
I think escapes should be banned- how many times are they gonna pull this crap- canceling last minute!!!!!!!

Lucky changs was very expensixe, if you are eating there. The portions are VERY small, and not good either. The show its self was funny, but if you are going to go their to eat and drink alot you will be broke and disappointed. I wish we hadn't gone there for a bachelorette party in the winter. Sorry I dont have better things to say.
