Bachelorette party help!

So my sisters are planning my bachelorette party and we are trying to throw around some dates... One of my best friends since I was in 1st grade now lives in London and she is coming home a week before my wedding. I really want her to be at my bach party but im not sure if I want my bach party to be a week before the wedding. I really dont have a reason as to why but for some reason im not comfortable with it? I could end up having it that weekend and everything can be amazing but idk what to do. On the other hand, if I have it a month or 2 before, 2 of my other best friends might not be able to make it.

Are there any girls that have had or are having their bach parties closer to the wedding date?? If you did, was everything still amazing? I guess im nervous I am going to be hungover for a week straight up until my wedding lol

I had my bachelorette party the weekend before, the next day was a little rough but the rest of the week was fine.
