Bachelorette Party Help Please!!!

OK so I'm planning a B-party for my best friend. Her mom is coming with us for dinner so I want to go somewhere fun for dinner!! Somewhere around Queens/cityish. She hates being the center of attention so nothing like Lucky Chang's or anything, but a fun atmosphere. Possibly a fondue place?

Possibly before we go out I heard of a place like the Beauty Bar but that is bigger so that we can all get our nails done at teh same time and be served drinks while in the chairs. But I don't know the name of it!!! Anyone know what I'm talking about??

So after that we want to go to a bunch of bars but she loves bars with 'music you can sing too.' LIke fun 80's music type stuff (Bon Jovi and Journey). I know the Joshua Tree does music like that but nothing else.

Any suggestions would be awesome!!!! Thanks so much!!!!

I did my friends b-day party at the Horus cafe a few years ago and it it was fun it is a hookah bar with belly dancers and turkish treats!!!!!!! You can sit under a canopy inside for larger parties. I t was bar far the best time ever in the city!!!!!!!! You might be speaking about dashing divas regarding the nail thing.

There's a bar called 'Naked Lunch' on Thompson St that plays great 80's-ish music, fun to dance to. It's always packed, no sure if you can make a reservation or anything or a table, but it's usually fun. Not a typical bachelorette party destination but i think bach parties are all about making your own fun - i'm sure you'll come up with something that's a blast

Thanks! I actually did a search on CitySearch and all the reviews were great! The pictures of the place looked really nice also. Thanks so much for the suggestion!!! I know you said it gets really packed...is there usually a long line to get in?

YES! Dashing Divas that was it!!! I called them though and they are very pricey....looked so nice though! I have to see what all the girls are willing to pay. A pedicure and cosmo would be $38, and the mani/pedi cosmo would be $53.
