So, my MOH's bachelorette party is in January. I've been researching restaurants that will give us a menu prixe fix with an open bar. Just an FYI, I remembered my favorite brunch restaurant Essex is also a GREAT place for dinner.
They are giving me four appetizers, four choices of entree (including Filet Mignon!) and 3 hours of OPEN BAR for $55.00 per person (not including tax and gratuity)
And then I'm going to take the girls over to The Slipper Room where they have burlesque shows. I heard it's really fun but I'm going to check it out.
Anyway, thought I'd give you girls the idea of the restaurant!!!

Yup, it's right there. From the outside, it looks like nothing, but inside it's really nice. Two mezzanines and a large interior...
Best brunch. $16 dollars and you get three cocktails... It's right around the block from Rivington hotel, the Back Room (secret bar in an alleyway modeled after a speakeasy. They serve all the cocktails in teacups and beers in brown bags. Kitschy but fun) an The Slipper Room. I figured January would be COLD so I want to be geographically close to some fun bars.

You can make a reservation for essex on opentable. It's really fun, it can get loud but it's a great deal and the food is delish!!
You had mentioned you liked Spanish food also, you need to check out Paladar which is on the LES And Azul Bistro which is argentinian and delicous. The same owners as Novecento in Soho...
