Bachelorette Party Ideas

Please help! I am my sister MOH for this Aug(also planning my own wedding for next Aug. She has been the MOH for 3 girls so far and I want to do something really good for her. Last time we had an awesome time taking a Limo to Don Juans on St. Patys Day, then going to a few bars/clubs in Nassua County (Chelsea St was one). We gave her a scavenger hunt and it was alot of fun. What I need is a place to eat like Don Juans .NO strippers, but they had a little show, and did this whole skit with the bride w/ a dessert, and a BJ shot in the waiters mouth, etc. We've been there a few times already though and it is getting old. I also need good bars to go to for a Bachelorette party where there a bunch in the same area so that if we don't like one, we can move on. Please reply if you have any ideas.

What we`re doing!

i am in 2 weddings this summer and doing 2 totally diff. bachlorette parties: 1 - lucky chens for dinner (a really popular chinese restaurant in the city for brides to be) and then going to the culture club 2- going to dinner somewhere w/ the girls in port jeff then meeting up w/ the guys and going on a party boat out of port jeff (4-5 hour cruise)

Bachelorette Party Ideas

My bachelorette party was last weekend. We took the ferry over to Fire Island in the morning, and spent the day at the beach. At about 4:00, we checked into our hotel, showered, changed, went out to dinner, hit the bars, and took the ferry back Sunday early afternoon. It was great! I would definitely recommend a bachelorette party like it for future brides. : )

i love lucky changs - the waiters/waitresses are transvestites and they do a show, etc. I mentioned to my BMs that I wanted to go there, but then they started whispering and won't tell me anything. We took my cousin to billy dean's male review and although it was very cheesy - we had a great time. Another bride (more conservative) we took to Rye Beach playland. I went to a party at a house and there was just one stripper who came dressed as a policeman to say the party was too loud, but he was so gross noone wanted to dance with him and I felt kind of bad for the bride to be b/c everyone pushed her up to dance and then I felt bad for the guy b/c everyone was running away from him.

We'll probably be going to Foxwoods!! *NM*

Fire Island /The Blue Tequila

Fire Island sounds good. Jennifer, where did you stay on what part of Fire Island? Give me all the details. Were there a few bars to go to? I've only been to Kismet. I have been to Lucky Changs for another bachelorette party and my sister was there so that won't be good although it was fun. Has anyone heard of the Blue Tequila? I heard that it was like Don Juans. If anyone has never been to Don Juans, it is an excellent place to go for dinner for a bachelorette party. Thannks everyone for your input!

Fire Island /The Blue Tequila

We stayed in Ocean Bay Park, which is the only part of FI I've ever been to, so I won't be much help with other towns. Sorry! : ) For the record, we got two rooms at the Fire Island hotel, and spent the evening at Flynn's, Schooner's, and the Inn Between. I liked Flynn's the best. The crowd was a bit older (mid-late 20's to early 30's), and the music was great!
