Bachelorette Party Ideas

i'm torn between doing two - one away somewhere relaxing with friends and one nearby with my sisters who have kids and can't really afford to fly.

we're probably going to do the borgata - the spa there was great, so we'll do the spa during the day, hit one of the restaurants later and maybe do a little gambling and go to one of the clubs. my sister and i did this in august with the boys, and we had a blast.

I'm not into NYC clubbing either, at ALL.

yeah sounds perfect, you'll get to have a nice tan right before the wedding and have fun in south beach...then here you can do dinner and then go out after

After all, we only have to pay for the flight. Were using a friends condo out there. Im gonna start checking prices!

(Even thought Im petrified of flying there but I think Ill take some xanax and suck it up!)

i think that's pretty much my plan. i can't expect my sisters to travel bc of their kids and they don't have a ton of $$$, but i still want to!! I might go to PR for a long weekend with friends on my parent's timeshare. Plus I want to be tan for the wedding

I wanted to go to South Beach or Vegas but since we are getting married in Jamaica I could not ask people to fly twice. So I am havving my shower and Bachelorette party the same weekend in Atlantic City

yeah start looking now for flights, you should be able to find good deals to miami

We wanted to do the 1 day cruise to nowhere soooooooo bad but my sis called a travel agent and they aren't offering any anywhere near the wedding

So , I think we are going to do A.C., but its supposed to be a suprsise

not sure if they'll have one before your wedding though, i think most are in the spring or summer...its basically a cruise that is overnight, not sure how far out they go but probably not too far but that night you do stay in a room and it will be the way a regular cruise is, so dinner, plus the casinos and clubs

I just looked up flights to South Beach leaving in january and the whole flight would cost 218.80. I think thats pretty cheap.

It is sooo awesome but we checked out every cruise line and as of now none of them are offering any in 2008. They do have a 2 day cruise that starts at like 300 bucks for the 2 nights.

I think that would be great but sooo many of my friends have kids and I really don't want them to have to leave their family plus most of them wouldn't even be able to if they wanted to

that's really cheap for FL in January! I would definitely go if i were you. i went there for a BP years ago and it was a great time.
