Bachelorette Party Ideas

So I was originally planning on going to South Beach for my bachelorette party but I decided I couldnt do it cause some people cant afford the flight and some have started new jobs. Now Im completely clueless as to what to do. I dont wanna go clubbing in NYC cause I hate NYC clubs and no Lucky Chengs. Anyone have any suggestions?

I like the 2-day cruise idea too. Also, heard of this DJ Chef cooking class... they teach you how to cook a whole meal with music/drinks at the same time. Looked interesting and different!
