bachelorette party ideas

okay so i know i've asked a million times before but we still havent picked anything for my bach party

it is going to be weekend of oct 14

two of my BMs are under 21 so i'd prefer not to do something that is 100% alcohol where they would be excluded

all ideas are welcome

What are you thinking? Do you want to make a weekend out of it or just a day? Do you want to stick with LI or go into the city? It would be easier to give specifics if we had location in mind and perhaps food, etc., that you like.

If you decide to do it Sat, you can make a day out of it. Maybe manis/pedis with your girls and then how about a nice dinner out. That way whoever wants to can drink and it's not an issue for the younger girls. Afterwards, you can go to a bar and the girls can go home.

I haven't lived on LI for a few yrs so I have no recommendation for nightlife. I'm pretty lame anyway and am good to go with a couple of drinks. I love to eat though and may have some good places for you.

Of course the usual mani/pedis. But then maybe look up a fun class you could take...cooking, pottery. Something fun that everyone could do together without alcohol. Then do the dinner and those that want to/can drink will and the others that cant, wont. If you still feel like going out after, just take those that are of age.

Or go into the city and do touristy fun things. Find that scavenger hunt list and make a day of it with some stops along the way

We did the Sex and the City tour as part of one of my friend's bparties....fun without the alcohol focus, which is why we did it, we had a couple teenagers.

what about wine tasting? that's always a blast and it's harvest time, so there are usually a lot of festivals, etc. out east
