Bachelorette party ideas

Hi there-my sister is planning my BP but we are very different-she is a party animal-I am much more low key. I would like to do something on Long Island, no drama, and not too much $. Was thinking vineyards but with reserving limos, logistics and possible cancelations-I don't want there to be any issues collecting cash ect. I don't want tho to be stressful at all. Any thoughts?

Re: Bachelorette party ideas

i did a vineyard tour for my birthday one year it wasn't too difficult to organize, i had everyone pay me cash by a certain day (and it included the tip for the limo driver) so that if people had to back out they had to do it by a certain date or i already had their money, so they really didn't back out unless they had a really good reason... i also worked with the limo company to make reservations at each vineyard. it ran pretty smoothly. if she is good at organizing i do think the vineyards is a good idea.

Another low key idea could be a spa day!

I had the same situation with my sister!! We talked about it and agreed that there should be options for both, afterall it's important that everyone has a good time especially me and her! We decided to rent a place near bars and a beach. We save money because the cost of the place split is cheaper than a hotel room per person and we can make our own meals so its not all eating out. If you didn't want it to be a long trip suggest a comedy club in NYC if the group wants to go out after you can if not fun and drinks.

One of my friends had a bach party where we all got our hair/makeup done at Cactus Salon and then went to a fun restaurant for dinner. Pretty low key.

2014er crashing! I also want a really low-key BP (I basically don't even want to call it a 'bachelorette party'), but FH's sister did the vineyard idea a few years ago so I want something a little different. But when we DID do the vineyards, everything went really smoothly and everybody who went had a really great time, so you should consider this!
