bachelorette party ideas... - Long Island Weddings

AC is totally trashtastic!!

I originally wanted to do Nashville/Dollywood, but I don't want my girls to spend so much on a weekend. I am thinking of doing a jones beach concert (if theres anything fun!) and then maybe dinner/dessert out and a slumber party, or the concert then AC (only b/c we get free rooms!)

bachelorette party ideas... - Long Island Weddings

I might have to do parties because my MOH's want to take me to NOLA for a long weekend. I know most of my bridal party will not be able to attend due to work and kids so my second one with everyone will probably be at a spa or the vineyards. If it was up to me I would just go to AC, I love it there.

Any semi affordable spas on the island? Also, I've never been to a spa, so when you go is it easy to sit with your girls and have a conversation? Or is it silent time lol

bachelorette party ideas...

I have no say in my bachelorette party, so i dont know. My MOH is making it a surprise and won't tell me a thing and made everyone else keep it a secret.

I am not looking forward to mine at all. I would like to skip over it, in fact. lol. I would be fine with a night out in the city.

AC is trashtastic!! haha and we get free rooms at the Taj Chairman's Tower which is the best other than Revel (but the gambling sucks at Revel and they barely offer you free drinks because they are bankrupt.) We get free rooms because you have to get a member card for free from the casino then when you gamble you use the card and they send you offers. Plus Taj is next to Margaritaville!!! I love AC and would be happy with that but I also thought a NYC night would be great. I know some people can afford different things so we may do AC with the whole BP and FH and I where we can be together sometimes and go out separate.

and trashtatic in a good way! For me, it's fine that it's NJ but AC is like a cheap date. not terrible, but not the classiest lol!

My sister lives in FL and suggested Miami, but it looks like that won't be happening d/t $$ .... it will most likely be either AC or NYC...i really was hoping for miami to happen...but we can't even pick a weekend that works well for everyone so im kind of 'putting a pin' in it for now.

bachelorette party ideas... - Long Island Weddings

I honestly have no idea. I have two people in my bridal party that have children, so I'm not expecting them to participate in anything that we do overnight. My MOH and one of my BM want to go to Florida for a long weekend but we haven't decided on anything 100% yet. I'd like to do AC or Foxwoods. I'm hoping my MOH will just figure it all out and tell me what we're doing and when we're doing it, I hate making decisions.

Why aren't some of you excited? I'm excited, even though it's far away. I'm sure it'll be fun.
