Bachelorette Party in the Hamptons?

I posted this on the '07 Board and got some great responses so I thought I would post on here too for any more ideas/suggestions!!!

I'm thinking about planning my bachelorette party in the Hamptons but I've never been there before (and neither have my friends) so I don't have any idea about any places to stay or go to. Can anyone suggest where to go/stay in the Hamptons?

Also, we're thinking of going Labor Day Weekend---do you think everything is booked up by now??

I would definitely start calling places soon, labor day weekend gets crazy in the hamptons

Places to go out:

Stereo, which was tavern.

Neptunes in the daytime.
