Bachelorette Party Last Saturday...

Very fun times. We went to dinner with the Mom's, Aunts, Friends and others and following that, we hit the bars. It was a good time. I have some pictures that I am waiting to be sent to me. I will post them when I get them.

I realized one thing- I am getting too old for this bars crap. I can still go to certain bars but the ones I used to enjoy 6 years ago are way too lame now. LOL. It's so funny that it took a Bachelorette Party for me to realized that. I mean, the place was packed with kids that had fake id's and young 20's who were amateurs. And what I mean by that is a girl that barfed on a dancefloor. It was gross. It was that moment I realized that these type of bars are really for singles and people looking to get laid. I used to frequent these places years ago and were there every Friday and Saturday night and found them to be fun. Now, not so much. I guess this is why I am getting married. Oh and because I love my FH!

We did the same type of bachelorette party for my sister. I felt the same way then! All of a sudden it just wasnt the same as it used to be.
I decided instead of the bar scene I wanted a nice spa weekend with my girls instead.

We went to a lounge for New Years and a girl puked on the floor there. We were all so disguested and we decided to do a classy restaurant or apartment party next year.

I'm glad you had a great time!!

I hear you on the bar scene...it totally loses its lustre when you're engaged. FH and I stopped by a bar in Rockville Center a few weeks ago and we were at the bar like 'um............kinda not the jam anymore'.

And the puking girl would have sent me over he edge..

i went out sat night to a club and it was 18 to get in... it bothered me at first, but i was having such a great time, i didnt even notice how old or young the crowd was...
