any ideas what bars to hit? We are all in our early/mid 30's and want a fun place to dance (pref. fun 80s/90's music) and hang out that's night super trendy or a nightclub. Any ideas?

I know it's sooo cliche, but I was really hoping the Culture Club would reopen in time for my b-party!! Doesn't look like it's gonna happen... I LOVE that place! I could dance all night long to that music.
I would love to hear some suggestions as well!!

Webster Hall? That's probably what she's talking about. VERY young. We used to go there when we were teenagers. They do have that Awesome 80s Prom thing though, not my style, but I know that lots of girls do that for their b-parties, it's all 80s music and they have like character actors and stuff....if that's your thing it's pretty popular. I know there's a cover charge but not much more about it. And then when the 'kids' start coming in when it's over you can always go somewhere else.....
