usually there is a 'check list' of things the girl needs to do. that usually keeps things interesting for the night instead of just being a regular saturday at the bar. you can usually either google it and make it yourself or party stores may have a generic one made.
i have been to 2 parties with different lists and both went over pretty well...it definately left for memories. oh, and leave the camera at home cuz the bride is usually embarrassed!
for example, the last one i was at had things like: go up and sing to a stranger...then they got more daring...

DRINK!!!!!!!
And buy the bride shots...and lap dances from transvestites (leads to crazy pictures and blackmail for the rest of her life lol )

we had this spinner that we kept making the bachelorette spin and it would make her do different stuff....like grab a guys bum, get a dollar from a guy, etc....its all innocent fun stuff to embarrass her

LOL - OMG - we did that for one of my friend's bachelorette parties in the city - it was HILARIOUS and the pictures are priceless!
Just drink up and have a good time!!!

For my sister we took her to lucky chengs in the city. She loves that place!!!!!
Plus I knew she wasnt a fan of the checklist thing. She wanted to eat and drink!!! We paid for her to get a lap dance. Which was the best because the guy/girl put had its 'private' in her face. It looked like she was holding her breath the entire time. it was priceless

I went there for a bachelorette party as well and I loved it!!!! IIt's very interactive and the performers there are hilarious.

The Awesome 80's Prom @ Webster Hall in the city is a great time. My friend did NOT want a stripper and this was the perfect subsitute. We got to drink and be part of the prom. She even danced with the 'Hot Jock'

The checklist idea goes over very well. I've done it at a few bachelor parties and it was a ton of fun. You could also sell your underwear for drinking money. I'm kidding...kind of. When I was 23 I went to a bachelorette party in vegas...somehow we decided we would find guys stupid enough to buy our underwear for drinking money. We made a couple hundred of dollars. LOL Kind of gross now that I think about it a million yrs later
