Bachlorette/Bachelor Parties

Bachlorette/Bachelor Parties

Question about who to invite. Did you and/or your FH/DH invite your inlaws? Mother/father, aunts/uncles? FH did not invite my father or any of my uncles because he feels weird - that inlaws shouldn't be at a Bachelor party even though they are just going camping. I respected that. My father was a little upset but he respected it and probably would not have went anyway since he doesn't like camping and stuff. Is it normal not to invite your FFIL? Also, I am going to a spa for mine. Should I invite his mother? His aunts? Is it just personal preference? I am inviting my mom and my aunts, but not sure about his. Sorry so many questions, I just don't want to offend anyone...

hey! No aunts, uncles, parents!

Plus I couldn't imagine my mom and Matt's mom getting drunk and going to a club in the city.

Plus do what you want and feel more comfortable w/.

I don't know, I think it depends on the individuals. I know I could never have my Mom, she is way to old school.

But at my friends BP her mom was grabbing guys she thought was cute off the dance floor and bringing them into our VIP room (we were at the club in the Borgata). She was hysterical!

for me, i would not have any parents, aunts..etc. neither would my FH.
but if your FH feels weird about it, i would just let him do what he wants. whatever makes him happy. its not like there is a law to invite inlaws, parents to the bach party.

My mom and aunt and my cousin ( who's a BM but only 17 ) will be going out to dinner with us and then the rest of us girls are aking a limo into the city after dinner.

MY FH is doing the something similar because my little brothers are 14 and 16 and are GM so they are just gonna go out to dinner and my dad and uncles too. Then they will go home once the rest of teh guys go into the city,.
