Do you ladies think doing a bacholerette party a week before the wedding is crazy? I don't really see the big deal, but some people are telling me that it may not be a good idea.

I think it probably depends on what you want to do. I know it took me a good 2-3 days to fully recover from mine.

obviously it depends on what you are going to do, but i wouldn't do this. i have too much going on 1 week before my wedding to have to do this.

Yea take into account recovery time and make sure EVERYTHING IS DONE before you go

I'm doing mine this weekend and I'm getting married next weekend.
It worked out perfect for me because me entire BP lives in Miami and some cousins are fluing in from Spain this friday. So I'm really going to have my besties all together.

as long as everything is done, I don't think it'll be a problem! just make sure you wear sunscreen and strapless swimsuits if you plan on going away to somewhere sunny

So its not a 1000 thing... i think its fine... Shaun went to a bachelor party the week before the wedding... and had to buck up 1k... kinda ridiculous if you ask me...

it depends on what you have left and what you're doing. i know i already see myself running around the w/e before wedding plus i needed some serious recovery time from my bach parties!

Agreed! Also, having just experienced the weekend before my wedding, I would've DIED had it been my bach party!!! We were like madmen over here!! You're going to need every free second you have!

Perfectly fine! My shower is two days before the wedding and we plan on going out for a mini bachelorette party that night since my MOH is missing my real one!
