FH and I had such a good time! We were in LA...so much to do in so little time!

this will be a brief review...
sheraton gateway hotel- big room, very clean, would stay again.
hollywood star's home tour- had so much fun! inexpensive, took us everywhere, 2 hours, got to take pics of houses..saw julia roberts pull into her driveway, saw the father from happy days, and saw tae bo guy- billie blanks?! in his car... had a geat time!
venice beach- hmm it is a bit shaddy IMO but had to take Fh there to at least see it. a lot of interesting people,
went to malibu beach- beautiful! searched for jessica simpons house, but couldnt find it, didnt really know where to look !
Miyagi's rest. on sunset Blvd. Fun place, okay service, imo not the greatest sushi for the $$$$ (jackie chans rest)
saddle creek- on sunset had so much fun there, mechanical bull, big drinks, big portions of foo...GREAT service! the friendliest people i have ever met, really!
Luna Park- Serioulsy the best food i have ever eaten...went there for dinner and then went back another day for lunch- found out there are opening another reest. in NYC- called kitchen and cocktails... so excited had hawiaan 'poke' which was sushi grade tuna chopped with tomatoes and marinated in sauces...over wonton chips.. SO GOOD Had mussles, sea bass with garlic broccoli rabe and potatoes, fh had flat iron steak' then we had stew the next time and fh had fried chicken... they have make your own smores! LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!
universal studios- so much fun! The Mummy is a fun ride but too short! there were NO lines, NO WAIT at all! got to go on every ride but didnt go on water ride because it was a cold day- people were friendly and helpful!
Camachos mexican rest. - tasted good when eating but something made fh and I sick... not too fun
stood on line for jay leno show had tickets and DIDNT GET IN! SO SAD!
Shopping on sunset and rodeo blvd- couldnt afford much but went to armani exchange abd bought some clothes, and it was fun to pretend we were the rich and famous!
the weather- thought it would be warmer- but it was a bit chilly and windy IMO we didnt dress/pack properly
