If you haven't visited historic Charleston, SC you should check it out!! The food is great, the hospitality is stellar (the people we were with actually 'tipped' when a woman gets up from the table - meaning they kind of lean to the side when you get up - crazy!), and it's right on the water.
We had a great time...however, before you go, be advised that everyone looks like this:
I was lacking in the pastel, pearls, popped collar side of things.

ohhhh glad u had fun!!!!!!! i just got back from myrtle beach (im gonna make a post tomorrow with pics- but we drove and im soo tired now haha) anyways we went to charleston on wednesday and had a great time! ..we went to fort sumpter and ate at an amazing restaurant in charleston and walked around the shops

no we just drove there for the day (its 2hrs away from myrtle beach) but i wonder if we ran into u! we walked around the marketplace i think it was called and there were little shops set up under tents for a few blocks...hmm the restaurant was called hominy grill i think and it was soooooo good!

How fun!! Myrtle is a good time! The hotel I stayed at is across from the little shops on Market Street. It was SOOOO freaking hot!! I sat my butt by the pool on Wednesday. All the food we had there was sooooo good too! Yum. I'm getting hungry thinking about it.

I went down there a few years ago...it was sooo pretty. It is definately a great vacation spot and not that expensive....
