Back From Eloping....details!

As promised here it is!

We flew from NY to San Fran and directly into Maui on Sunday April 2nd. We drove to the hotel along a dark and winding hwy at 9pm and checked into The Sheraton. What a beautiful place to stay. When the sun rose we awoke to a beautiful breazy day and a great view of the beach and the resort from the terrace. We would have a busy day, so we had to order room service before heading out. From the hotel we headed back to the Airport. We had an 11am helecopter tour to get on. I was nervous, excited and it was worth every dime. We knew we wouldnt be on the island long enough to see the sites by car, so this is what we did to make up for that.

We headed back to the resort, threw on beach wear and hit the pool bar. Talked to really friendly hotel guests who were thrilled to hear that the next day we would be getting married. We attended a Luau and went back to the hotel.

Your post makes me want to elope to Hawaii. I know I'll love my day, but what a story you have and a MEMORY! Gosh, I wish I would have done this! It sounds so special and that it meant more to your both than if you would have had it here. I'm so happy for you that everything turned out wonderful! Best wishes to both of you. I pictured every scene as I read your post.

I saw their internet site and the work looks gorgeous. Could you give me an idea of their price plans and what you get? I would appreciate it more than I can tell you. (My husband and I have to small children and its hard to go to tons of appointments). In case you are wondering- we were married 4 years ago, but didn't have a big wedding-just a small ceremony and dinner with the immediate family now we are finally gonna do the whole big wedding thing!!!
