Back from Flowers by Butron! (can anyone who has used them give me some info??)

Wow I went today also. The price was amazing...but I just did not feel the click.. like his excitement about his job or life in general. Everyone has a bad day I guess...

can anyone tell me what they were quoted?? heres what i got.........

14 CPs all mini calla (25 per CP)
2 Church baskets (not sure how many flowers are in them)
and a vase with flowers for my 'In memory of' table.

They quotes me 1250 for all of it and that includes set up...is that a good price? it is my first florist app. so i am not sure

I'd say thats a bit high if you didnt have any bouquets, bouts, corsages, etc....

Hmm, I'd think it was a bit high, then. Then again, I'm not using calla's so I have no idea what they cost...

But this was your first florist, right? Who else are you going to check out?

That's funny that you say that becuase thats exactly how I felt when we left there. Being that the price was so low it actually kind of made me doubtful. The saying, 'You get what you paid for' kept running through my head when we were trying to decide on our florist.

Oh nevermind duh lol i just saw this now about bok's.

So im guessing the cp's are low centerpieces right? since they are mini cala's

i havent started floral shopping yet but i think im going to start there! it was highly recommened to us!! let me know if you get other quotes?

ok question, i think this is what is confusing to me, when you say 25 per cp, do you mean 25 cala's or $25..i hope it means 25 cala's bc otherwise the price does seem a bit off.

But ill be honest with you it still seems high to me...if you are only getting 14 low cp's which i am guessing they are since theyre mini cala's and 2 church baskets i would think it'd be lower...Ive seen girls on here get low cp's around the same amount, get bok's, pew bows, boutinnieres, corsages for about the same price. There was a thread on BHB and some people said that burtons actually quoted them more than other florists, some say they got great rates but quite a few were shocked that they were quoted higher.

Its 25 mini callas per CP not $25 yes they are low
i haven decided the flowers for the church baskets but they will NOT be callas
The low CPs are $75 each and Highs are $95 according to what he told me

im gonna keep looking i have an appointment with flower michelle i am also gonna see what my florist in farmingdale can do for me.

yeah definitely check out other places you never know...some said burtons gave the lowest quote others said that other florist gave lower than them.

ugh - lately so much flower drama.

Can you FM me and tell me what a 'in memory' table is? I am having a memory candle for my cousin who passed away 4 years a go. She would have been my MOH. I am having my nephew walk it down the aisle at our ceremony. I have been looking for other ideas as well.

I am also using Burtons. I have a lot of arrangements. I am having a huge bridal party as well. The price is 2885. It is a really good price for everything I am getting.
