It seems that my HCG level still has not dropped to zero, and they don't know why. I need to go back again this week to see if it has!
What a pain !!!

I just wanted to add....
Did anyone see Oprah about medical mistakes? I won't go into all the details, but apparently there was a woman who kept getting positive HCG readings on her blood work. It lead to them treating her for something that was unnecessary. Turned out that the TEST was defective. Apparently some lab who makes most of the HCG blood tests often has defective tests that give false readings. The woman sued the hospital and the lab.
Later on she said all they had to do was a simple urine test and it would have shown that her HCGs weren't elevated, and saved her all that uneccesary treatment.
I'm sure that's NOT what's happening here, but just wanted to share the info. I think it's so important for patients to be aware and well informed when it comes to their own health.
