So the bridesmaid dress I though iw anted looked like a trash bag on...and I am trying to listen to my bridesmaids and hear what they would be most comfy in...Im also thinking that satin in July might be brutal...some don't feel comfy in strapless..some don't feel comfy in fitted dresses... so other than wearing a moo moo this is what I can find that I personally think is very pretty!
what do you think? In cobalt blue
here is the actual web link so you can play with the color lol http://s7d4.scene7.com/ir/render/AlfredAngeloRender/6137-600?wid=340&obj=main&sharpen=1

Re: Back to the drawing board...
well you can always play around with straps: remove-add depending on what the girl feels comfy in... and i always thought satin would be cooler... we also know i know nothing about fashion
are you set against having same color bit diff styles? that would better accomodate the gurls and im sure they would LOVE you for it..

Satin is a much heavier material then chiffon so it is heavier and thicker...I know i want a bright blue and truthfully i dotn really care what style...i mentioned just giving them a color fabric and designer but they all wanted to look the same lol...argh!
JMO: It is so hard to keep everyone happy because of the various body types. So to accommodate everyone, they can order whatever they feel most comfortable in as long as it is in the same color and made by the same designer.

Very pretty Lauren....he also has 2 piece so that everyone can be happy with the dress. My sister liked him for that idea. The girls can be slightly different in styles and comfy and beautiful at the sametime. I am learing it is going to be tough to please ALL 3 of them.

Definitely difficult to make everyone happy... make yourself happy... you'll regret it if you dont. I think that dress is really pretty though, good choice!

Beautiful dress!
I had the same problem. I mentioned on another post that I have 12 bridesmaids and they are all COMPLETELY different sizes. I picked a halter ball gown to accomodate their body types.
It's hard but I think you made the right choice.

Re: Back to the drawing board...
I LOVE that dress! The style is classic.
I was looking for a similar style and I feel in love with one over the wknd at Pricilla of Boston. The dress was actually COTTON - but didn't come in the color I was looking for. I'm having the dresses made (a hassel, but actually cheaper than off the rack) - but I just wanted to point another fabric selection!

Re: Back to the drawing board...
I agree with mrs D to be, please yourself. I was recently in a wedding were some girls had straps put on a jim heljm strapless (it actually came with material to make straps). On the day of , everyone will be together and happy (it wont matter if they initially loved the dress). And ps - I like this dress that you picked. Pretty color and seems nice and flowy.

The other girls are right..its almost impossible to please everyone! With that said, the dress you picked is REALLY pretty!
