My coworker and I finally made it back to the gym yesterday for the first time in months and vowed to start going regularly. Today was my first test because she ended up getting tied up in a meeting couldn't go and I went by myself!! I'm sure tomorrow I won't be able to move but it will be worth it.

That's great! I need to really start going back to the gym. I was thinking of going tonight but there aren't any good classes. maybe I'll just take my dog for a walk.

I tried a gym once and I threw up after Pilates. I exercise at home now
