Back to Wedding Questions : ) ..... Invitations

We are going to be ordering our invitations this week (lizarddesigns) and I have a question on wording. We are going to be saying

Karen xxxxx
and
Thomas xxxx

along with their parents...blah blah blah.

but my question is...this is my second marraige, so should i be using my original madian name or the last name i am using now.
