I did a lot of moving around too! I started in the Hauppauge School District. One year I taught 3rd, 4th, 5th grade self-contained and the next year I taught 1st and 2nd grade inclusion. I LOVED my 2nd graders! Then I went to the Smithtown School District. I finally got a perm position in Feb in Brooklyn teaching a 6:1:1 middle school class for children with autism.
