BAD DAY!!!!!

Ok i'm sorry but i need to vent right now.

I'm sitting at work minding my business when one of my Doctors came in and asked to talk to me. He was giving me a heads up that they hired a new girl to replace me. As it is they moved me to the new office we opened in July and i've been here since friday. I thought it was weird all the sudden they sent me here. They did it so I didnt see them training and interviewing. He said they are looking to fire me. The reason being is my supervisor ***** at her job so i get all her **** to do bc all she does it check her email all day. and I bust my *** hardcore. She must be thretened by me and she wants me gone. They all loved me there and then all of the sudden my supervisor was trying to find any little thing I did wrong and she would tell me boss. I had my review 2 weeks ago and it started off good and then all of the sudden they asked me if i still wanted to work there bc they didnt think I did bc of my proformance. In which all came out of my supervisors mouth bc my boss is never there to actully see whats going on or even work along side me. So she has no clue what goes on. I tried sticking up for myself and she just kept going on and on and on about how i dont want to work which is BS i do everything in that f-in office and she sits on her fat *** all day. UGh i dont know what to do, I dont know when this is going to happen. I have so many bills and i need to save for the wedding i can't lose my job. This sh*t alwasy happens to me

i would talk to upper management and voice your concerns and opinions. it might not make a diffference but I def would NOT go out without a fight!

Im sitting here bugging out. I'm in a different office and i'm only here with one doc and a receptionist and myself. so that ***** isnt here. My upper management listens to what this Bi**H says. and they are also at the main office. I want to call my supervisor and ask her why im hearing all this stuff and why she can't just come out and tell me. Im also very bad when it comes to stressfull talks i sometimes breakdown and cry and i dont want that to happen and show my weakness. Ugh i dont know what to do. Im off tomorrow i hope they just come here and fire me before i go home so i dont have to come back monday

i would still say something........anything .......to management at this point. if ur hearing that ur going to get fired then you have nothing to lose (even if you start crying...which i've done as well lol). they need to know that you put 100% into your job. and i would even confront the supervisor. just unleash some hell on these ppl.

It's not that easy to actually fire someone...easier to lay someone off...but then they'd have to explain why they replaced you if they didnt need that position. Is there someone in HR you can speak to? This seems VERY unprofessional -- especially moving you to secretly train someone else.

Doctors offices are the worst places to work. theres no HR person they run this place horribly. I've been here since may. That was the only review i ever got. What he said theyre doing is hiring this girl as a part time floater so they dont have to give Ins. and stuff like that. So they'll prob lay me off and say that they dont need a F/T medical assistant anymore. as it is i'm not getting my 40 hours this place has been nothing but B.s. since i started.

WHAT that is ridiculous. I really hope this is not the case and that you can talk to someone who can intervene. I pray that everything works out.

it seems like you're job isnt optimal for you either. i would start scoping out the scene and seeing what opportunities are out there.

it seems like you're job isnt optimal for you either. i would start scoping out the scene and seeing what opportunities are out there.

Thank goodness that b!tch isn't there today. I am the same way as well when it comes to emotions. If u need a moment to cry, go to the bathroom and let it out and then compose yourself. Don't let them see you break down, you have so much to offer to another company that would be willing to appreciate you and your work. I know you are mad and hurting right now, so please vent, we are here for you.

I would leave asap! Especially that they told you, you are being fired, I wouldn't give them 5 more mins of my time!

i am sorry this happened to you and i can relate b/c this sort of happened to me as well in the past. it sounds like this isnt an environment thats healthy for you to be in anyway so you are probably better off working elsewhere and being happier at a new job. don't worry someone will recognize your achievements!!!

i am so sorry this is happening to you. i am the same way when it comes to stressful conversations. i always break down & start crying. in your situation i would be hysterical crying in the bathroom. (something i used to do all the time at my old job). just be strong & then when you go home have a nice bottle of wine.

I just dont know what to do bc i have no idea when they are going to fire me. Thats the worst part. I know they've been training this girl and we do have other people to move around to fill the sched. I want to just walk out but then they win. and then i dont get unemployment which I absolutly need. I just want this to be over with. I'm here till 7 and my supervisor is at the other office till 430 mayb she will come here when she gets off and get this firing over with already.

I have to be honest....if they told you they are firing you at some point, I would not give them the time of day. Why should you help them out and stay so they can train this new girl, meanwhile they are going to fire you??? Clearly they do not appreciate you. I would tell them tomorrow is your last day.

i really can afford to quit. i have too many bills i want to get fired so i get unemployment. i think im gonna call in sick monday last min. so i **** them over then mayb they will fire me then
