Isn't there something for when you leave the scene of an accident? Don't they get charges or something? Sorry if I sound so dumb right now... but I hate people who run off like that and I feel they should have repercussions.

No, you don't sound dumb. You are correct. They should get written up but the cop didn't write him up for leaving the scene. He did put that there was another vehicle hit that left but didn't formalize it. I don't know. I mean, I couldn't even tell you if the driver was a male or female. It was a HUGE Caddy Escalade and I pretty much hit the tire/rim. That GIANT rim EFFED up my car pretty good too.

Go to the DR or ER about your arm though. You need to get that on record ASAP. It won't cost you a cent - that's what no-fault is for. You just need to have it on record.
