bad experience with an online purchase
Just wanted to warn you girls. I purchased a customized 'Soon to be Mrs. White' hoodie from customglamgirl.com and I had to send it back because it was made incorrectly! (after a few e-mails going back and forth) Now they refuse to remake it.
I thought I ordered an embroidered sweatshirt, which was supposed to be made with maroon lettering. Instead I received something I could have purchased at my local flea market. An iron on, with brown lettering! I'm so upset. I disputed the charge with my credit card, and wrote to consumer affairs.
they are sending the item back to me as is. they are saying the lettering is maroon and not brown. It's totally brown!! I can't believe they are arguing that their interpretation of the color is right, and mine is wrong?! What is with these companies. that sweatshirt probably costs them $5.00 to make. they can't keep a customer happy? I would have probably purchased more items if this first one was perfect! I'm so annoyed. don't purchase from their site. This is my first poor wedding related customer service experience!
