Bad first impression w/ Duet

Wow, I am shocked. I booked them on Friday, and I would have left if they weren't there either. I am very happy with my choice, but I definitely wouldve done the same thing as you.
When I called them for an appointment on Fri. morn, they gave me 11:00. No one was there, so maybe they gave themselves some cushion time between their scheduled opening time. Sorry about your experience.
