I just noticed my wedding is in May and my ceremony will be outside however it starts at 730... originally I thought this was perfect we would get sunset... NOPE...IT WILL BE FREAKING DARK!!! I just looked it up and sun sets around 7pm in May a half hour before my ceremony would start!
Also I dont want FH seeing me prior to the ceremony so any pictures of us and us with our family will be in the dark
The even bigger problem is the whole reason we chose our RH is because we loved where our ceremony would take place with the harbor right there and whats the point if its going to be dark!! and why did THEY not realize this...im sure im not the first person to want a saturday evening wedding in May.
Now I don't know what to do we cant get married in a religious place bc were different religions... ughhhhhhhh
Im sooo upset now and stressed I know I have plenty of time to figure this out just disappointing
any thoughts?!!!??

Oh date twin it will be ok! We're having a day wedding so I never even thought about sunset... but I'll probably be up getting my hair done in pitch black!
We booked 12 May in June so it was already past the time to pay attention to weather and sunlight. Considering night weddings are where RH's make all their money, I'm sure they make sure the grounds are lit and beautiful when it starts getting dark out.

FH is trying to get our ceremony to start at 6 or 630.. we'll see what happens, but I think the sun actually sets later than what I looked up apparently it didnt account for daylight savings!
