BAD TRIAL - EXPRESSIONS, on Jericho Tpk, Mineola

What are your rights when you have an obviously BAD trial?
If you remember my photos of an apparent jaw line and poorly applied foundation.

I do not want to have my make-up applied there if that's how they do a trial. I asked the cost of the trial be applied to my mothers services the day of my wedding. And they won't. that does not seem right, when we are talking about an obvious less than professional performance.

What would you do?

Oh, I ABSOLUTELY AM not using them.

when I asked, I QUOTE 'I am sorry you were not happy,however the service was performed and we do not refund or apply the cost to another trial.'

SERVICES? You call that application of make-up 'services performed'?!?!

I hate that my mother lost money on the trial of me. I think rather than going to the trouble and expense of more trials for herself, she said she'd use them still and I am so unhappy by that!
the wedding is in 3 weeks. And my hair dresser only had an appointment for me.
