Bagpipe Player?

Hey ladies!

I would LOVE to hire a bagpipe player to play outside of the church when people enter the church and again for when the ceremony is over and we are all let outside for pictures... I have NO IDEA where I would even start to go about finding one.... any leads would be SO helpful!

Thanks :)
