I need help. I am not Irish and neither is FH. I wanted to have bagpipers play outside the church before and after the ceremony. Is that ok?

actually my parents surprised me with the bagpiper!! I always wanted one and they got him for me!! They met him st patrick day and I said I want him to play at my wedding and sure enough there he was!! IF u want I will get his name and number and give it to u!! Not sure how much he charges!!
