Bakery RANT
My RH has 2 house bakers that we can choose from, one of them is Macayla Michaels Bakery.
They have terrible customer service. I basically had to beg to get responded to in under a weeks time. (3 emails before I got one).
The kicker is that months ago, they told me I would be able to do a tasting during the final phase of picking my cake. Yet today the same lady told me they only do tastings if you're upgrading to outside of the package.
When i told her i was going to complain to my RH, she said this:
'Bellport will welcome your feed back as do we.'
So annoying! We will see. At this point, I would NEVER use them and will just be using Rolling Pin because they have actually responded to me (amazing how little it takes to make a customer happy).
