Does anyone know where I can find mini- phyllo cups or pre-baked tartlet shells?
I went to Waldbaum's and I couldn't find them anywhere. What section would they be in? I tried baking needs....

Phyllo dough is usually in the frozen food section... however depending on what you are making sometimes puff pastry may be easier to work with.... but if you want pre-made cups/tartlets... then you should be fine with phyllo dough....

i don't think they come pre-cooked (unless you try the bakery), but the other girls are right--the dough is in the frozen section by the pies and whatnot.
