Ballerina Slippers??

Does anyone know of a local place that has ballerina slippers. I want to get a pair for the reception, but I can't order on the internet b/c depending on the shoe my size varies from 5-6 1/2. Anywhere in Nassau or Suffolk would be great.
Thanks
