is anyone using balloons as centerpieces instead of flowers? i would really like to use balloons, do you think it's a good idea?

I think it depends on how formal your wedding is. I saw some really nice balloon arrangements at a bridal showcase that I went to but I was thinking for like a shower, engagement party or rehearsal dinner instead of the wedding, however, if you're wedding is not so formal and cost is a big factor I would go with the balloons. I think everything is a matter of choice and the balloons may end up looking very nice.
