BALLSY with a capital B

Original post by Soon2bShea

FH's aunt called my RH, and gave them VERY SPECIFIC instructions on preparing her food. Citing she has 'food allergies'. The demands she made about her food ARENT EVEN food allergy-related!! They accidentally included this in my notes on my contract:

She wants:
-use clean utensils
-steamed broccoli (NOTHING on it, no butter, no salt, no
pepper, nothing )
-likes it very soft, not crunchy
baked potato (nothing on it, no salt, no pepper, nothing)
-don't cut it open
-nothing can drip on it in when in the oven (cover with tin
foil)

REALLY??? i dont know why this pisssses me off so bad at the moment but o m g!

Jeez! This makes it worse for people who really have allergies- people don't take them seriously!

this would send me over the edge like you wouldn't believe!
first of all, who ar eyou to call MY RH and tell them about your food allergies - you should call me and trust me enough that i will call them and handle this for you.
Second - this is not food allergy related. this is just being very pickY!

honestl, if i was you, i would tell them to erase everything they heard and to prepare her meal as is on the day of the wedding. sorry - sounds coldhearted but something i would do.
