Bally's Lake Grove

Shamee and I go there too, if anyone wants to meet up let me know. However we do get there late, usually around 9:30 pm

I live by Lake Grove and I work by the Copiague one!!
Im going to start up next week- FM me if anyone wants to meet up and help me get motivated!!! Ill prob do the Copiague one during the week after school hours andthe Lake Grove one on weekends

Id definitely be up for Friday afternoons or Saturday mornings. Im getting my membership this saturday so maybe next weekend we can start meeting up

I go to Sportime in East Quogue, but I work in Stony Brook and I love trying new classes with new instructors. I'll take a class and try it. I can go on a Wed or Thursday night. (I don't like the classes they offer at my gym those nights). Anyone?
