Band/Florist Tipping

How much is expected for each band member?

Also, my florist is delivering our personal flowers to my parents house and then setting up the centerpieces, etc at the RH. How much should I tip the people who are setting up?

I am the WORST at knowing the tipping policies. How much do you tip the DJ, Photographer (even if she owns her own business), Photobooth attendant, Hair and makeup people....the list goes on and on!!
