I wanted to see how much I should budget towards the band, photo & video. I'm having about 150 ppl at the wedding so I think a 6 or 8 piece band would be more then enough. I want someone fun who knows some modern songs as well. I'm looking for a photo who can do photojournalism as well.

Just so you know, you don't necessarily need to use Westchester vendors just because you're getting married there... so don't limit yourself in your vendor search. I got married in white plains, my photographer was from Jersey, DJ was from Long Island, florist was from Rockland county. Most vendors in the metro area (w/in an hour of the city) will work anywhere else in the metro area. Good Luck!
Also, no help on the band, but my photographer is a photojournalist and he's amazing! Kolen Weddings I don't think his website has been updated in awhile, but his work is gorgeous. Think Angelica Glassa and Something in Blue. I think he's worked with SIB. Anyway, he was reasonably priced when I booked him and soooo nice. I still haven't finished uploading my pictures, but I will soon and I'll post my review.

I can recommend a great florist in the Bronx if you're interested: On the Square Flowers . It's a small florist in Pelham Bay/Throgs Neck, but they've got very good quality flowers.
