I am going to see Soul Revival showcase Monday night in Manhattan. I am super excited! What, for those of you who have gone to any band showcases, should I expect? What questions should I ask the band?? I have no idea about music, it's all FH, but I am excited. The music on their website was great and a friend recommended them to us. I will let you know what I think

Questions: 1- how many pieces 2- how many hours do you play 3- do you get CH music options 4- payment schedule 5- are the people here tonight the ones that will play at the wedding? 6- how many breaks do you take 7- can you learn songs

ITA!!! The Band showcases were fun - I want to get up and dance but no one else was!
I agree about wanting to get up and dance! We actually had Soul Revival at our wedding and they were amazing!!!! I can't wait to hear what you think Have fun and the above questions are good ones to ask!

This goes with how many breaks they take - but make sure you ask if they take breaks all at once, when they take breaks, and what music they play while they are taking breaks.
8-Will they take requests from guests? 9- have you performed at our site before? 10 - overtime fees 11- how soon before reception will you arrive? how long does it take to set up? 12- Do they require special meals?
