We had The Projekt. They were amazing. We had so many compliments on them. They are a vendor on here and if you go directly to them instead of through their agent, you'll save lots of $$$

As for the number of musicians, that depends on your # of guests. We had 150 people and we had nine band members. The band leader said he would not recomment that # of band members if we had less guests.

The best band that I have ever seen at a wedding was faze 4. We REALLY wanted to use them but the were too expensive for us.

I second that, we are using Scott Yanney from Faze 4... hands down the best band I've seen at a wedding

I would chime in with the Peter Greco Band. They are a 10 piece band, they learned a few songs for our wedding, were amazing to deal with & EVERYONE at our wedding raved about how great they are. The dance floor was jam packed the entire night. They did a phenomenal job and I can't say enough good things about how much we all loved them.

we used Ken James Productions. They played my sister's wedding as well. We had some difficult and unusual music requests and they did them amazingly.

I second this. They were incredible. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the band.

We used the band Skyline. They are managed by Skyline Orchestras, the same company that has Code Bleu. Our guests STILL have not stopped raving about them. They play all types of music, and most of the band sings. They take turns doing different songs. One guy sounds just like Billy Joel. Our first song was a Don Henley song and the band sounded just like the record. My guests all had different favorite singers - they were all so good.

I generally think you should try for a band with as full a sound as you can afford (i.e. the band has one or more members that play the horns.) I think Skyline was about $5200 (9 musicians, incl. sax and trumpet players) and they were worth every penny. Oh, and they MC'd for us too. I think most good bands will do that.

I am also using Code Bleu and I'm so excited they are unbelievable!!!! I can't wait!!!!
