Am I supposed to tip the BM? Our Maitre D is a separate person and I know I have to tip him/her, but our BM has been great and worked with us from beginning to end. I really feel he deserves the tip more than someone we'll meet for just one day but it doesn't seem like the BM is tipped usually.
Anyone??

I don't believe he gets a tip - I think he may get a commission directly from the party.
Send him a nice thank you note after :)

I didn't tip our Banquet Manager, but I did the Maitre'D and our Bridal Attendant, as well as our waiters. I agree on just sending a nice thank you card after the wedding, I'm sure their salaries reflect how many parties they book.
